SEF 100 Configuration and Option Selections
This is valid for all SEF 100 Series 8 AT, Mega T, and Mega TE
Notes: When selecting the dip switchs, turn off the power and remove the mirco A and B eprom boards.
Make a selections and then carefully reinstall the eprom boards.
Warning!! Be sure to verify the eprom connectors are on the board correctly otherwise you will short out the eprom board
and possibly cause damage to the electronics.
Mirco B Dip Switch
Far Left Side (Under the Mirco B Eprom board)
B8 Bank
Dip switch 8 = Metrel Board (top dip switch)
Dip switch 7 = Configuration (to access the Configuration screen)
Dip switch 6 = J5 Automation Option
Dip switch 5 = Encoder Auto Die Height Adjustment
Dip switch 4 = 2nd Nozzle Zone
Dip switch 3 = Clock
Dip switch 2 = Barrel zone D operational
Dip switch 1 = Barrel zone E operational (Operational when the barrel zone D is on)
Mirco B - B10 Bank (Lt Center)
Dip switch 16 = J3 BNC Board (top dip switch)
Dip switch 15 = Robot interface board
Dip switch 14 = Reserved for Sandretto Manufacturer
Dip switch 13 = Floppy Disk
Dip switch 12 = Core Incongruence
Dip switch 11 = Printer
Dip switch 10 = Mold Temperature Board
Dip switch 9 = J6 Cores (E and F only)

Dip switch 23 = Hydraulic shut off nozzle
